What is Brain Renting?
Brain Renting is a marketplace for expert AI. Professionals such as lawyers, engineers, marketers and consultants turn their knowledge into an AI that thinks the way they do. Anyone can rent that AI when they need expert help, and pay only for what they use.
What is a Cognitive?
A Cognitive is an AI built from one expert’s real material: documents, frameworks, voice notes and videos. It is organised into a structured brain architecture and a knowledge map, so it doesn’t just know what the expert knows. It reasons the way they reason.
How much does it cost to use?
There are no subscriptions or retainers. You add credit to your wallet and pay per token, the small unit that AI text is measured in. Each expert sets their own price, and every answer shows exactly what it cost. New buyers get $10 of free credit.
How do experts make money?
Experts set their own price per million tokens, from $1 to $999.99. They keep 80% of every sale, rising to 82% once they earn over $1,000 a month and 85% over $5,000 a month.
Is my knowledge and data kept private?
Yes. Our desktop app processes your files on your own computer, including removing personal details. Nothing is uploaded until you choose to publish, and you approve what your Cognitive is allowed to say.
